Payment

  • There are two booking options – 4 class pass and 8 class pass. When purchasing a class pass you will be directed to book your session. Your pass is valid from the date of your first session. The 4 class pass is valid for 1 session a week for 1 month. The 8 class pass is valid for 2 sessions a week for 1 month.

  • Full payment to be made before booking or attending any sessions.

  • Spaces in each venue is up to a maximum of 9 and once all spaces are booked you will be placed on a waitlist.

  • Your pass is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase. We strongly recommend booking consecutive weeks immediately after purchasing your pass. 

  • If you have not used all of your passes by the expiry, you will need to purchase another pass in order to attend classes.


Cancellation

  • 24 hours notice must be given if cancelling a class. You can cancel your class in your account on the App.

  • Class pass fees cannot be reduced or refunded if you miss or cannot make any classes. However, you are welcome to join another class, availability permitting, to make up your total.

  • No shows are non-refundable.

Health and Safety
Due to the recent COVID- 19 Pandemic, please read the following: 

  • Please do NOT attend class if you are feeling unwell in any way or if there is any reason that you should be self-isolating such as, returning from certain Countries or being in contact with someone with the virus or with symptoms. 

  • Please use hand sanitiser and or wash your hands on entering any one of the venues.

  • Antibac spray will be provided should you wish to wipe down the motr before use. Both Corinne and Jodi are responsible for cleaning the MOTR after use.

  • Your welcome to bring your own mat to class or a towel to cover mats.

  • Please enter and leave locations one at a time not in groups.

  • Please observe the 1m distancing rule.

  • A mask will be needed for transiting through venues to the allocated room.

Health and Suitability
All new clients must complete a PARQ prior to attending their first session. Pilates is a very gentle and safe form of exercise and is used frequently to treat mobility problems and injury. We will always aim to bear each client’s personal needs in mind when planning classes but it is the responsibility of the client to inform us at the start of class if they have any specific problems on the day. Equally the client must be responsible for their own body and if they feel joint pain or back/neck pain during any of the exercises please let us know immediately

Lateness Policy
Out of consideration for other clients and our teachers please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the session. If you are late, please make yourself known to the teacher and wait for the teacher to show you to your place.

We will use your personal details and information to provide you with use of our services and facilities, to process your application and payments, to verify your identity and to carry out market research. We may share your information with other third parties to comply with our legal or regulatory responsibilities, for the prevention of fraud or other crimes and in the case of medical emergencies. If your personal details change please let us know.
